Maxi skirts and dresses are a great option! They cover the shape of the body well and can be dressed up for an elegant evening or down for a day out with friends. Pair them with a cardigan, undershirt, or blazer, your favorite hijab and cute shoes and you’re set!

Long sleeve undershirts, you can never have too many! Buy them in any color or fabric that suits you. Try to look for undershirts with a high neckline so that you will be covered if you pair it with another shirt with a lower neckline. Also, beware of the skin-tight long sleeves, they somewhat defeat the purpose!

Accessorize! Just because you wear hijab doesn’t mean you cannot wear a headband too! Be creative and try out new hijab styles; Youtube is a great place to find unique hijab tutorials.

The form-fitting phenomenon: It finds its way onto the shopping racks and your closet in many different forms: skin tight skinny-jeans, yoga pants, etc. Tights are not substitutes for pants ladies!
