this world can be so hectic at times
Everyone’s always in a rush
Going from A to B
And before you know it, it’s the following day
The TV has so much bad news
But we still give it the time of day
Watching all kinds of programmes
And before you know it the day has gone
There are so many distractions on this earth
The world wants to keep us too busy
So we can’t spend quality time in the Lord
And before you know the week has gone
Lord my desire is to be with you
Away from all the noise
